Privacy notice

Last updated 22 October 2026

This notice explains how Pharmivanta handles personal information when you use this website, contact us or create an account. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, work email address, organisation name and a securely hashed password.
  • Enquiries: the details you choose to send through our contact form.
  • Security records: hashed identifiers used to detect and prevent repeated failed sign-in attempts.
  • Business data you connect: aggregated commercial data from services such as Google Search Console. This does not include patient records, and our imports are designed to reject personal information about your customers.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure your account, respond to enquiries, deliver the reports and insights you request, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Lawful basis

We process account information to perform our contract with you, enquiry information in our legitimate interest in responding to you, and security records in our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when you submit a form or sign in. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser and never sent to us.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete enquiries that do not lead to an account after a reasonable period. Security records are kept only as long as they are useful for protecting accounts.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To make a request, please contact us.
